Sauerland specialties

Enjoy seasonal Sauerland specialties such as spicy trout from beechwood smoke, aromatic wild garlic soup, rustic turnip vegetables or fine venison goulash. Accompanied by a good glass of wine from our well-stocked wine cellar.

We offer you

    • Good morning coffee at 7.30 a.m. in the pool area.
    • Breakfast from 8.30 am to 10.00 am at the extensive buffet.
    • Fresh fruit for you all day at the buffet.

    • Home-baked cake specialties at coffee hour in the cosy café or on our large, heated garden terrace.
    • As part of the half-board package, a crisp salad buffet with cheese selection and a 4-course menu or a hot and cold themed buffet are served daily at 6.30 pm.
    • Outdoor barbecues in summer.

Dinner for guests not staying at the hotel is served at 6:30 pm by prior arrangement - on days with a themed buffet (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays).

Coffee & cake

At coffee time, we sweeten your day with home-baked cake specialties in our cozy café or on our large, heated garden terrace.
